1. Introduction/Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to Gratious Homes LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website and blog (the “Site”). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the Terms, then you may not access the Site.

The Site and its entire contents, features, and functionality (including but not limited to all information, software, text, displays, images, video, and audio, and the design, selection, and arrangement thereof) are owned by Gratious Homes LLC, its licensors, or other providers of such material and are protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.  

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any of the material on our Site, except as follows:  

  • Your computer may temporarily store copies of such materials in RAM incidental to your accessing and viewing those materials.  
  • You may store files that are automatically cached by your Web browser for display enhancement purposes.
  • You may print or download one copy of a reasonable number of pages of the Site for your own personal, non-commercial use and not for further reproduction, publication, or distribution.  

4. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability

5. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.  

Any legal suit, action, or proceeding arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site shall be instituted exclusively in the federal courts of the United States or the courts of the State of Georgia in each case located in the City of Atlanta. You waive any and all objections to the exercise of jurisdiction over you by such courts and to venue in such courts.  

6. Modifications to the Terms of Service  

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time in our sole discretion. If we make material changes to these Terms, we will post the updated Terms on the Site and update the “Last Updated” date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Site following the posting of revised Terms means that you accept and agree to the changes.  

7. Termination of User Accounts or Website Access

We may terminate your access to all or any part of the Site at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice, effective immediately. All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Gratious Homes LLC, its affiliates, licensors, and service providers, and its and their respective officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, licensors, suppliers, successors, and assigns from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or relating to your breach of these Terms or your use of the Site, including, but not limited to, your user contributions, any use of the Site’s content, services, and products other than as expressly authorized in these Terms, or your use of any information obtained from the Site.
